This one bedroom penthouse is directly located on the St Paul’s Bay seafront. The apartment enjoys breathtaking views looking out towards Xemxija and is only 3km from Golden Bay beach!

This property is in a quiet area of St'Paul's Bay. The more tourist areas of Bugibba and Qawra are 15 minutes on foot. Parking is much easier in this area and so ideal for those renting a car. The bus stop is just in front of the apartment block and reaching the North and South of Malta is easy.

The fantastic view from the Terrace and the front living room of this penthouse is enchanting. Guests fall in love with the view and area and many returns. The view at night of most seafront properties is pitch dark sea. This penthouse enjoys the reflections in the sea of the lights of opposite Xemxija coast. Thus we named it Harbour Lights! The apartment is also fully air conditioned.

This property also enjoys a small swimming area just 150 m away which is ideal for a quick swim after a day sightseeing or for a morning reviving swim!

This Seafront Self Catering Romantic Penthouse on St Paul's Bay Seafront has one double bedroom, with double bed, and a shower room.
