This brand new, modern, 4th-floor apartment is fully equipped and furnished, Apartment is also fully air conditioned. Three bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a kitchen with a dining table and a separate living room leading to a terrace overlooking the sea.  This living room has a 3 seater sofa bed and an extendable dining table. The terrace has a Gas BBQ and garden furniture. At the main entrance of the apartment block there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.
