This Sea-view studio penthouse is on the 7th floor (top floor) and has a lovely terrace (3mx3m) with commanding views of most of St Paul’s Bay including St Paul’s Islands. The terrace is equipped with a small gas BBQ and garden furniture (sunbeds, chairs, and table). There is also a small terrace to accommodate its own washing machine and washing lines.
