This nice penthouse enjoys nice sea views and is located just 30 metres away from the Sliema Seafront and Promenade, in a walking distance from St Julians and Paceville (Malta’s best nightlife area). Sliema and its neighbouring town St Julians are the very important touristic zone in Malta. The penthouse is fully equipped, furnished, air-conditioned, blessed by a lot of light, and very airy. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, another shower room, and a sunny terrace with BBQ, sunbeds and garden furniture.
The front terrace is about 26 sqm and the internal area is about 90 sqm.
5th floor with lift, the entrance has no steps and promenade is on the same level as the entrance.

Sliema and its neighbouring town St Julians are the very important touristic zone in Malta. There is a very nice seafront promenade that stretches from Gzira to St Julian’s, and this apartment is just in the middle of it.
Buses run frequently to all the tourist attractions in Malta. The bus stop is just a few meters away from the apartment. Shops, restaurants, bars, discos, nightclubs, ice cream parlors, rocky beaches are all within walking distance from the apartment. Sandy beaches are just one bus away (10 to 20 minutes). Also very close is Sliema ferries where many types of boats depart full of tourists for a 1-day cruise along the Maltese coast to discover secluded beaches, caves and the famous Blue Lagoon. Parking is free on-street (subject to availability).
