This lovely penthouse has two large outside sunny terraces and is located in a quiet but central area in St Julian’s.

St Julians is one of the largest touristic areas in Malta and is therefore suitable for tourists of all ages.

This penthouse has 2 terraces, one facing South South West (the big terrace) and one (smaller one) facing North North West. Thus this penthouse is blessed by a lot of light and nice warm sunshine all day. A nice Gas BBQ, table, chairs, and deckchairs compliment this property to make full use of its outside terraces.

The best sandy beaches are 20-30 minutes by bus away. The big supermarkets are just round the corner while the a little mini market in the same street (less than 30m away) makes it so convenient to get all the daily needs with no stress!
